Please read these Terms & Conditions on each occasion that you visit this website, as there may have been changes since your last visit.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all websites (‘SCS websites’) owned and maintained by Sure Care Solutions Ltd (‘SCS’, ‘We’), including

and any other site that we subsequently develop.

Please note that by using this site, you accept the Terms & Conditions in their entirety, without modification by you. You also accept that any subsequent reasonable clarification or amplification to any of the points made today may be retrospectively applied to your visit today.

The SCS websites are provided for information only. They do not provide medical advice and the information contained within the websites is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you require advice for medical problem or condition, you should contact your doctor or healthcare provider. If you think it is an emergency, you should call your doctor or an ambulance or visit an Accident & Emergency Department. You should not ignore the advice of your doctor or healthcare provider because of something you may have read or understood from something written on an SCS website.

You use this site entirely at your own risk. While we make significant effort to ensure that the information, in whatever format (text, graphic etc) on the SCS websites is as accurate as reasonably possible, we are aware that errors may occur. We are also aware that sometimes a reader reads a sentence, paragraph or section of text or sees a graphic and reads, views or interprets it differently to how the author intended. We accept no liability for any such interpretation made by a user of the site and, in any dispute about meaning, the view of the author as to what he or she meant will prevail over the opinion of a site user. We will accept no liability for any use or misuse of the information provided on this website or for any loss or damages whatsoever as a result of using the information herein, whether or not the information is used in the sense or with the meaning that the author intended. It is expected that, if you wish to use a statement or sentiment found on this site, you will do so on the basis of your own validation of that statement or sentiment from your own experience or your own inspection of original sources.

Sure Care Solutions Ltd provides information over the internet, a medium which is beyond the control and jurisdiction of SCS. We cannot guarantee the accurate transmission of the information we provide, nor the availability or accessibility of the information at any time. We therefore accept no liability relating to the transmission, availability, accessibility and freedom from corruption of the information we provide.

Please note also that the nature of the internet is such that websites and emails and any other communication using the medium are vulnerable to attack by non-authorised agencies, sometimes with malicious intent. We accept no liability in respect of materials appearing on SCS websites that is not specifically authorised and uploaded by SCS nor for any subsequent loss or damages, however they might arise. We accept no liability for the misuse of our materials, including our trade names and email addresses, by third parties, whether their misuse arose innocently or with malice. We note that there are some people who advise that you should type in the web address you want into the task bar, rather than simply click on a link, if you want to be sure that you are accessing the website you want and to avoid a duplicated website. We would of course be verbally very grateful for any information about the existence of such misuse or misrepresentation of any part of any of our sites.

The content of any of our websites is subject to change at any time. Some items that were present at one time you visited may not be available at another time you visit and, conversely, some items present on the site at one time may have been removed or be present in a modified form at another time. You are particularly advised that part of the function of the websites is to try to provide the best quality information available to SCS at any given time, and that changes in the light of additional information may be necessary to achieve this. It is up to you to note changes between different versions of the same page and to resolve discrepancies yourself. SCS accepts no liability for any form of loss or damages arising from the varying availability of information. SCS will endeavour to ensure that new information is added to the website in a timely manner, but we accept no liability from any delay between our obtaining information that we decide is appropriate for an SCS website and its placement on the website.

SCS retains the right of final editorial control over what may be put on our websites. We accept no liability for loss following the absence of any piece of information from our web site, either through error, omission or deliberate choice. We make no warranty that the content of our website represents a complete view of any topic that we consider.

However, there will be times when there will be discrepancies between statements within the site, either in pieces written by different authors, or occasionally within pieces written by one author, or because there are several different viewpoints and theoretical bases for relaying and discussing information (particularly in the subject of addiction). It is up to you to resolve any such discrepancies that you come across. We will accept no liability for any form of loss or damage following ambiguities or discrepancies between pieces of information (of any size) on our website.

When using this site, you agree not to misuse the site or the information on it at any time. You also agree to indemnify SCS for any loss or damages whatsoever that we incur as a consequence of your use or misuse of any of our sites. By using the websites, you warrant that you will not use the websites, or any content on any of them, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.

All information provided is protected under Copyright laws throughout the world. The copyright in the content on this site is vested either in SCS or the author of an individual document.

Permission is hereby granted for you to make one copy of each document on the sites for your own personal, non-commercial use. It is intended that this should include copies made for your own use at work, including presentations internal to the organisation for which you are working and external to the organisation, as long as no fees are generated for you or your organisation from the use of our materials in your presentation, you acknowledge the source of the information and its copyright, and you state that we will not be held liable for any loss or damages whatsoever following your use of the information we have provided.
